Seeking candidate with solid background in standard contract surety underwriting to perform independent risk analyses on new requests and existing relationships.
Shall:
* Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements.
* Assess risk associated with direct requests from construction companies.
* Evaluate financial condition, credit history, experience and character of prospective accounts.
* Develop contractor client relationships.
* Network with key players in the construction industry to increase visibility in the marketplace.
* Maintain accurate underwriting documentation in adherence to company standards and industry regulations.
