The Physical Therapist Start of Care primarily responsible to plan, organize, direct homecare services. Experience in physical therapy with emphasis on community health education experience. The professional physical therapist builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities. The Physical Therapist is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for physical therapy services.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist. 1-2 years of homecare experience required.
Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Minnesota.
Experience using technology including, Microsoft Office, smart phone/tablet, calendaring, EMR, electronic fax
Ability to follow written instructions and type a minimum of 20 words per minute.
