*Company Background*
Our client is a premier distributor and seller of stone fabrication supplies, equipment, and tools. They have several retail locations throughout the United States where they provide quality products and services for the stone, tiling, and decorative concrete markets.
*The Position*
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing in-store service and support to both internal and external customers.
Primary responsibilities include:
* Respond to customer inquiries and support new customer onboarding initiatives.
* Provide additional support on inside and field sales projects as well as marketing-related campaigns.
* Handle requests via phone, web inquiries, email, and/or fax, maintaining SLA and response time for phone and email queues.
* Collaborate with the warehouse to problem-solve short shipments, replacements, tracking, and other special projects as needed.
*Qualifications and Candidate Background*
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years of customer service experience with a background in order entry.
* Experience with ERP and/or CRM applications (SAP, P21, Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (multi-lingual is a plus).
*Location*
This is a full-time position based in Nashville, TN and offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm CT in-office/in-store, with no weekends or night shifts.
