*As our Pediatric Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in our practice by:*
* Maintaining patient medical records, updating patient medical history, and vital signs as needed.
* Conducting complete patient X-ray procedures, including taking, developing, and storing X-Rays as necessary.
* Completing periodontal charting as directed.
* Preparing tools and equipment necessary for the Provider and assisting the Provider with exams as necessary.
* Performing preventative periodontal care on patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, root planing, and the application of preventative agents and sealants.
* Performing expanded functions, such as placing and carving amalgam and composite restorations, applying cavity liners, and placing/removing temporary crowns.
* Providing anesthetic for preps for the doctor.
* Administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia as necessary.
* Working in tandem with the doctors to carry one column of restorative work each day.
*Office Hours:*
* Monday: 8am - 4pm
* Tuesday to Thursday: 7am to 2pm
*Compensation:*
* *SIGNING BONUS OFFERED!*
* Competitive compensation ranging from $48.00/hour to $54.00/hour, depending on experience
*Requirements*
* Registered Dental Hygienist License in WA (or eligibility to obtain)
* Nitrous Certification
* Restoration Certification
* Anesthetic Certification
* 3 years of experience is required, with more being preferred.
