Your Impact
This role will be in Indirect Tax working primarily with the property tax area. The primary purpose of this role is to work independently conducting the financial and accounting operations of the organization related to Property Tax. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, preparing budgets, forecasts, accruals, conduct financial analysis, including account reconciliations for property taxes, working with various teams outside of tax, assist with personal property appeals and initiate improvements relating to the flow of data and responsibilities outlined. Additionally, will assist with the creation of personal property tax renditions and property tax payments as well as assisting the Indirect Tax team as needed.
What You Will Do
Performs complex data analysis to prepare budgets, forecasts, accruals, conduct financial analysis.
Account Reconciliations
Manages workflow to ensure that all activities are completed in a timely manner to reduce any financial risk to the company.
Automate processes within the property tax department related to forecasts, budgets, and accruals.
Research and analyze supporting documents and other details for accounting transactions and entries for Indirect Tax compliance functions.
Communicates effectively within the team, across other functions, and with external parties to ensure alignment.
Collaborate on special projects and resolution of non-reoccurring complex issues within the respective area to deliver optimal solutions to financial issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
4+ years’ experience in accounting (public or private) or relevant experience
Advanced skills in MS office programs (Excel, Word, Access) and experience obtaining large data from various sources
Preferred Qualifications
CPA or CPA candidate
Lowe's finance or accounting experience
Knowledge/skills working with various data sources such as Hadoop.
Alteryx experience.

Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, WA: $81,200.00 - $135,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
