Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (Clinic Hours: 5:30a - 6:30p)
Pay Range: $36-42/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $8K Sign-On Bonus
Community Medical Services (CMS) is urgently hiring a Clinical Supervisor to help those suffering from addictions to opioids and other illicit substances gain access to care. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing, supervising, and training clinical agency staff at one or more clinics. This position ensures that all standards, licensing, and certification requirements for all staff are maintained as mandated by local, CARF, state, and federal agencies. The Clinical Supervisor also provides support to staff involved in licensing, accreditation, performance and quality improvement, clinical supervision, and clinical skills training. This position will work closely with Clinic Managers.

Responsibilities:
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising clinical staff and interns.
Is comfortable coordinating patient care with clinicians, case managers, and program assistants.
Leverages knowledge of the substance abusing population, treatment planning, and the field of human social services to facilitate patient rehabilitation.
To thrive in this role, you must be able to:
Oversees behavioral health services and clinical supervisor of staff at assigned clinics
Reviews documentation of alcohol and drug counselors caseloads related to assessments, service plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation
Provides on-site clinical training and supports continuing professional development training
Reviews and submits CSAT exception requests for clients
Assists Quality Management team with root cause investigations and correction plans
Attends meetings related to oversight agency protocol and required involvement
Attends external community meetings to advocate clinical programs and treatment services
Participates in and actively supports community advisory meetings
May assist with intakes, discharges, coordination of care, counseling, or other client needs at assigned clinic(s)
Qualifications:
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor under chapter 148F
Three or more years of experience providing individual and group counseling to individuals with substance use disorder.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in behavioral health field OR a combination of full-time behavioral health experience and post-high school education in a field related to behavioral health totaling at least six years as required for licensure.
Ability to train, supervise, and provide clinical oversight to alcohol and drug counselors.
Knowledge and understanding of general mental health issues, treatment planning, and the field of human social services.
Knowledge of opioid addiction treatment medication including methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone), and other opiate treatment medications preferred
Knowledge of CARF standards, DEA, CSAT, and know and understand the implications of 245G, sections 245A.65, 626.557, and 626.5572, and chapter 260E.
Indiana locations/requirements:
Behavioral Health Licensed Professional such as CADAC II or higher (required)
At least six years of combined full-time behavioral health work experience and post high school education in a field related to behavioral health
At least three years of experience in substance use disorder counseling, supervision, and training of behavioral health staff
Ability to travel to assigned CMS sites at least once a week.
