High Level Description:
We are seeking a Clinician to ensure that the individuals served receive premium clinical services from the agencies programs, while reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Services. This position is a full-time, 40-hour position which requires two evening shifts per week and one weekend day per month. This position is located at our Naugatuck office and time is also spent at the residential facilities in the Waterbury area. Salary commensurate with experience and credentials.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000. At ICES, Inc. we are proud that we pay for experience and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Clinical:
Assist in the development of functional behavioral assessments and positive behavioral support plans
Conduct audits of necessary clinical documentation to ensure clinical programs are being ran as scheduled
Create and organize (or maintain and re-organize) Positive Behavior Support Program (PBS) books, and PRC/HRC books as needed
Perform monthly and quarterly clinical audits through Therap System
Check and complete excel data and DACs clinical reports to ensure accuracy and completion
Participate in psychiatric rotation schedule to facilitate appointments
Follow up with psychiatric appointments with the team
Represent the clinical team at Bi-Annual and Annual IP meetings or IDT meetings as needed
Review all DDS 255’s and ICES Incident Reports (IIR’s) daily
Complete packets for PRC meetings
Participate and represent in PRC/HRC/FRC/URR and complete all follow-ups
Training/Training Program Support:
Train direct support professionals on clinical programs and documentation
Evaluate and observe staff interactions with individuals and model PBS programs and TA/TS’s
Attend residential and vocational staff meetings
Attend weekly clinical team meetings and complete all tasks and delegated duties as identified in meetings and on meeting minutes
Facilitate manager trainings/re-trainings for DAC’s/Excel and other clinical programs as needed
Participate in staff training/re-training as needed
