Outside Sales Representative - Commercial Scaffold – Base Salary Plus Commission, Bonus Potential – Greensboro, NC
The Role
Do you possess proven experience in scaffold sales? Do you use Avontus or similar 3D scaffold modelling tools to design scaffold for customer needs? Can you build strong relationships and close deals? If so, Brewer Equipment Co. (BEC) is seeking a talented Outside Scaffold Sales Representative to join our growing team.
BEC aims to become the most sought-after scaffold services and access provider in the Mid-Atlantic by 2028. Our mission is to elevate industry standards by offering innovative, safe, and quality scaffold solutions.
This role is crucial for expanding our footprint and securing work from new general contractors, commercial facilities, and other customers. You'll be responsible for establishing a strong BEC presence throughout geographies in the Carolinas, Virginia, and beyond for long-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure profitable contracts and long-lasting relationships with industrial and commercial facilities, ensuring a consistent BEC presence through full-time, on-site scaffold crews.
Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client bases, aligning with BEC’s vision for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
Navigate complex sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company objectives.

The Person
Proven experience in outside scaffold sales, with a track record of securing recurring, profitable scaffold services work and/or straight rent wins.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior-level stakeholders.
Commitment to safety and quality, with an understanding of industrial facility regulations.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
Top applicants will have experience as an outside scaffold sales representative and/or will have considerable experience erecting and dismantling scaffold and are looking to transition into sales.
