About you
We are seeking a poised, experienced Office Manager/Administrative Coordinator with excellent communication and organizational skills, strong follow-through ability and a service oriented dispostion to join our established team of professionals.

Responsibilities
Office Management :
IT, phone, vendors, equipment and facility maintenance & repair, office supplies, etc
Front Desk Reception:
Incoming calls, new call conversion, coordinating scheduling, receiving patients/clients, verifying insurance benefits and follow up
Administrative Support:
Providing assistance to leadership/staff across all departments
Bookkeeping:
KPI tracking, revenue reporting
Coordination & Supervision:
Ensuring major operating functions of business
Coomunications:
Cascading messages across the organization consistently. Resolving internal/external issues effectively - in a practical and healthy manner
Strong Systems :
Establishing and maintaining efficient systems for day to day operations ( including manuals and training guides
Best Practices:
Improving processes/policies in support of people & company goals
Coordinating recruitment and placement of required administrative staff and schedule.
Management:
Holding staff/partners accountable
Education
• Associate's Degree, business administration or related field
• Bachelor's Degree, business administration or related field
Qualifications
• Experience in a senior clerical or secretarial position
Skills
• Experience in high-level customer service environment
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or ADP a plus
• Experience in cash-based or out-of-network medical office a major plus
• Bachelors Degree
Position Type
Full-Time - Alternating schedule Monday - Friday: 7:45am - 4:15pm / 9:45am - 6:15pm
Must be able to work occasional Saturdays as needed: 9:00am - 12:15pm
