ECU Health Medical Center, one of four academic medical centers in North Carolina, is the 974-bed flagship hospital for ECU Health and serves as the primary teaching hospital for The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Position Summary
Responsible for performance improvement processes
Coordinates the development and implementation of center projects/programs
Monitors the system to achieve targeted outcomes
Collaborates effectively with medical center staff
Monitors compliance with accrediting agencies
Contributes to clinical research
Serves as a resource/consultant
Coordinates and presents at educational conferences
Potentially provides care to trauma patients/families
Minimum Requirements
BSN or higher is required
MSN preferred
NC RN licensure required
More than 4 years of prior experience of trauma related nursing is required
Other Information
This is a Monday - Friday, full-time position.
