We seek Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW for full-time positions in our Appleton, WI, location.
Clinicians have the option of onsite, telehealth, or hybrid scheduling.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $69,400 to $84,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
Minimum of two years of clinical experience
Independent mental health license in WI
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience with children or adolescents
Experience with couples or family counseling
Experience with health psychology
