At Faith Hospice, we utilize highly skilled nurses, medical social workers, chaplains, home health aides and volunteers to serve our patients, from medical and emotional care to pain management and bereavement counseling.
What Will You Do?
As an RN on this inpatient hospice team:
Work a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule, 4-5 shifts per week, including every other weekend
Along with 1-2 other nurses and 1-4 hospice CNAs (depending on the shift), care for a maximum of 20 hospice patients at Trillium Woods, our gorgeous hospice residence as part of Faith Hospice

Comfort with navigating various technologies and computer applications
Team player mentality
Education and Experience
RN licensure in Michigan
At least 2 years of med/surg, acute care, or skilled nursing experience
Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
Passion for hospice nursing
