At Faith Hospice, we recognize that hospice nursing is hard work and so incredibly rewarding! We have support systems in place through EAPs, open door managers, and the opportunity to attend (and be paid for attending!) monthly support meetings hosted by our Bereavement Manager, if desired.
What Will You Do?
As a Hospice Response RN:
This is a part-time position working every other weekend: start at 5pm on Friday through 8am on Monday with 5 other nurses to take turns covering
Salaried as a part-time position
Visits on the weekend include crisis visits, patient visits and/or admissions in the community and in hospitals.

Education and Experience
RN licensure in Michigan
At least 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
Passion for hospice nursing
