WHERE YOU WILL WORK
This is a hybrid position, daily schedule is 8AM to 5Pm. Working from home Monday and Friday, in-office Tuesday through Thursday.
Office is located at our headquarters in Lake Nona - Orlando, FL.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Our E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist will manage the online brand experience on our retail and e-Retail partner’s digital commerce sites, such as Big Box Retailers, Mass Merchants, E-Retailers, and other customer accounts sites. This position is responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining a best-in-class brand experience to achieve our business goals.
Ultimately, this position will implement all online product detail pages and merchandising initiatives on our Retail and E-Retail ecommerce partner sites to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Managing product detail pages, enrichment, features, and attributes that align with short-term and long-term goals.
Collaborate with product management and sales account management to plan and develop site content for products.
Create engaging product detail pages by utilizing creative copy, dynamic imagery, and latest trends in merchandising products categories in the digital marketplace.
Optimize product detail pages and listings to improve ranking on search engines and site searches.
Learn and use onboarding management systems (customer vendor portals) to manage the catalog and digital assets.
Monitor & maintain online catalogs, images, documents, videos, etc. for accuracy.
Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics available for these sites to assist with recommendations to improve the customer experience.
Understand marketing opportunities available on each channel to suggest and develop initiatives with counterparts to increase conversions.
Communicate agreed upon metric expectations for digital marketing programs or promotions, track the metrics and report on results of each program to assist with decisions on future opportunities and investments.
Review industry and competitive analysis to stay abreast of current technology and market conditions.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, eCommerce or relevant field.
2-4 years of recent experience working in Digital, eCommerce, eRetail Merchandising, and/or related field.
Experience working with Big Box Retailers and working with or within consumer packaged goods companies with various brands.
Self-directed and motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver with minimal supervision.
Organized candidate with strong attention to detail who is customer focused.
Proven skills in managing product listings and merchandising that have increased eCommerce sales, including SEO, Search, Navigation and Taxonomy knowledge and experience.
Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Minimal travel required 5%.
