Bloom, the insurance industry's trusted growth partner, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Sr. Sales Agent to qualify, educate and enroll prospects. Act as a subject matter expert within the program to provide elevated support to callers and new hires through peer mentorship.
*We are looking for a**n exceptional** leader** **who can:*
* Assist with the acclimation of new associates to the program and general best practices.
* Act as a subject matter expert within the program to provide elevated support to callers and new hires through peer mentorship.
* Assist callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound/outbound calls to sell health insurance plans with Bloom's sales techniques.
* Help individuals select the right health insurance plan that fits their needs by applying working knowledge of product plans and general industry information.
* Provide accurate information to prospects using Bloom's quality and compliance standards.
* Communicate effectively with prospects and plan members over the phone, and virtually with co-workers and management personnel.
* Maintain 95% Quality Score or greater.
* Remain in the top quadrant for sales production and conversion each month.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
*Education and Experience*
* High school diploma or GED
* 2+ years' Medicare Sales Experience
* Active Health and Life Insurance license required
*Skills and Abilities*
* Motivated self-starter, performance-driven and solutions-oriented mindset
* Extensive sales acumen
* Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and good team player
* A solid understanding of quality assurance as part of the software development process
* Time management skills and experience working with low oversight
* Experience developing automated test scripts
