Seeking Senior Underwriter with Contract Surety insurance expertise to set and attain production and territorial growth goals; manage budgets and subordinate staff; and oversee underwriting functions.
* Analyze relevant financial information on bond renewals and submissions.
* Review and critique underwriting submissions.
* Accept or reject risk within underwriting guidelines.
* Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and strategy.
* Maintain relationships with and provide service to key business partners.
* Develop mass marketing programs and keep current with marketing trends.
* Serve as subject matter expert for queries related to underwriting, production, and marketing within the fidelity and surety industry.
