- Handle recruitment process, including applicant management and improving procedures
- Maintain personnel files and manage full-cycle staff administration for a defined group of employees
- Prepare monthly payroll changes in cooperation with Accounting
- Monitor critical deadlines including work permits and police checks
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven HR experience in a comparable organization in the relevant areas, especially in Recruitment
- Solid knowledge of German Labour Law
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information
- 30 days of paid leave based on 5 days per week
- Paid leave in the week between Christmas Eve to New Year's Day
