Responsibilities:
Be the compassionate hand that guides patients through daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mealtimes.
Monitor vital signs and serve as a vigilant advocate for our patients' well-being.
Partner with nurses and therapists to provide holistic care that meets each patient's unique needs.
Document patient information meticulously, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.
Create a safe and hygienic environment, fostering a sense of comfort and dignity for residents.
Offer emotional support and companionship, brightening the days of those entrusted to our care.
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
A natural wellspring of compassion and empathy to guide your every interaction.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, valuing partnership and support.
Time management and organizational skills to maintain efficiency and focus on patient care.
Physical strength and agility to assist with patient transfers and movement as needed.
Prior healthcare experience a plus, but passion and dedication are truly invaluable.
