Senior Sales Representative
As a Senior Solar Sales Representative at Sunbright Solar, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and promoting the benefits of solar energy to residential customers. Join the #1 growing industry in the nation awarded top 5 Solar company in Florida declared by Forbes.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of customers' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
Present and demonstrate the benefits of solar energy to potential clients through high level sales techniques.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and present terms to close deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and solar technology advancements to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and industry best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Ability to effectively present and articulate complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer data, and streamline sales processes.
