You must have a high school diploma or GED, and a college degree is preferred for this position. You must also have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high paced environment with full P&L responsibilities. QSR Experience is highly desired.
Please note: Internal Promote must have minimum of 1+ year experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years of experience as a First Assistant Manager. You must be 100% certified in all workstations.
