Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure the follow up existing leads and stimulate new opportunities through effective calling techniques
- Generate appointments with existing contacts within the company database and discover new, extended contacts to target for visits
- Support the Telesales team with contact to lost /lapsed customers
- Direct prospects/leads to the field sales team
- Enter, update & maintain new customer information in the CRM system
- Proactively manage leads derived from digital marketing activity
- Support and drive the development of national & key accounts
- Identify opportunity for growth within specific sectors by understanding of competitors
- Work with Sales support team to ensure customers receive quotes and information in a timely manner
- Input into marketing campaigns and put prospecting plans in place
- Ensure all activity are entered and managed within the CRM system
- Diary management for appointment setting with sales colleagues

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating over the phone and by email
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities

- Proactive and willing to take ownership of your workload
