Are you an experienced Customer Liaison Officer with strong communication skills and the confidence to manage challenging situations? We’re recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to join a busy, customer-focused contract covering Chester and Stoke-on-Trent.
This is a temporary, field-based position until December, working directly with customers, contractors and internal teams to maintain clear communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
The Role
As the Customer Liaison Officer, you will:
Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout ongoing works and projects.
Keep customers informed, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
Handle sensitive or complex situations professionally and empathetically.
Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records, reports and customer information.
Travel between locations across the contract as required. About You
To be successful as the Customer Liaison Officer, you’ll have:
Previous experience in a customer liaison, resident liaison or customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence managing complaints, sensitive situations and challenging conversations.
Strong organisation and record-keeping skills.
Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. What’s in it for You?

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Mileage reimbursed at 14p per mile
