Title: Customer Service Administrator
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager
Main Objective:
To ensure customer orders are processed promptly and efficiently, consistently delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage key accounts, providing an exceptional level of customer service within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Accurately process orders using the company system.
Monitor order progress in coordination with the European Head Office.
Proactively follow up on orders to keep clients informed and satisfied.
Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to ensure all customer requirements are met and resolved efficiently.
Confirm stock availability and provide accurate delivery forecasts.
Coordinate with carriers and couriers to facilitate deliveries and investigate any delayed consignments.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence.
Clear and effective communicator, skilled at maintaining positive customer relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Flexible and proactive approach, with a positive, can-do attitude within a small, dynamic team.
Computer literate; knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail.
Team player who can also work independently using their own initiative.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, including potential bonus
