BCI Acrylic is one of the top independent manufacturers of quality acrylic products for the wet area in the bathroom. We fabricate tubs, showers, surrounds, walk-in tubs, and more for both residential and commercial applications. Our products are sold and installed by independent dealers throughout the country.
We are looking for professional, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals who can sell FREE In-Home Consultations to customers over the phone. Regardless of your level of experience, we provide paid training and the support you need to be successful at BCI Acrylic! Some of our top performing representatives have no previous experience in a Call Center environment or in the Home Improvement industry.
Earn money while making a positive impact that helps homeowners improve their homes! With uncapped commissions, new call center representatives average $18-20 per hour with commission (base hourly pay + commission) for the first 90 days. Veteran reps average $22-28 per hour with commission! This is a soft sales commission intensive job.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Gather customer information, warm transfer qualified leads to our dealers, and schedule in-home appointments
Our automatic dialer will make outbound calls for you
No cold calling – Enjoy warm leads where the customer asked US to contact THEM!
Answer inbound calls from prospective or existing customers
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Be able to be on the phone for an extended period of time
Knowledge & Skills
Strong internet and PC skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work independently, a self–starter and energetic
Must have interpersonal skills and a strong positive attitude.
Call Center Schedule
Shifts:
Mon. - Fri: 8:00PM - 4:30PM
REQUIRED 2 Saturdays a month (1 weekday off) (Saturday hours base pay + $3 shift differential per hour)
Sat shifts available: 9AM -5:30PM or 10:30AM - 7PM
Interviews and job position are in-person (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
