RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT

RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT ROLE:
Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referral programmes and professional networks to achieve recruitment targets
Managing candidate pipelines within Greenhouse ATS, including referrals, applications, CV administration and record maintenance
Screening applications, conducting initial candidate assessments and coordinating first-round interviews
Delivering a positive candidate experience through effective communication and end-to-end candidate management
Scheduling interviews and coordinating stakeholder diaries across candidates, Partners and recruitment agencies
Preparing interview documentation, supporting interview processes and collating recruitment data and feedback
Producing recruitment reporting, analysing hiring trends and maintaining accurate recruitment data and MI
Supporting employer branding, onboarding activities, recruitment projects and wider People team initiatives as required RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
Demonstrating previous resourcing experience or relevant professional office experience
Utilising strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
Building and managing relationships with third-party stakeholders
Achieving targets through strong organisational and performance-driven practices
Utilising LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage candidates
Managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced recruitment environment
Communicating effectively with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders
Supporting recruitment activities through strong administrative and coordination skills RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT BENEFITS:
