Packing Operative – Double Day Shifts

THH Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company, currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Table Hand Operative to join their busy Packing and Labelling Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Follow detailed job instructions to pack, label, and Assemble products accurately.

Inspect printed materials for defects such as smears or errors, and report any issues to the Supervisor.

Complete all required documentation related to packing and fulfilment processes.

Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.

Operate packing, finishing, and fulfilment equipment (full training provided).

Pack finished goods securely to prevent damage during transit, while meeting customer specifications.
Shift Pattern 1 – Double Day Shifts (Rotating Weekly):

Week 1: Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 2:00pm

Week 2: Monday to Thursday – 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Friday – 12:00pm to 8:00pm
Shift Pattern 2 - Straight Nights
- Sunday - Thursday - 10pm-6am
What We’re Looking For:

Good understanding of written and spoken English (to follow detailed job instructions).

Previous experience in a similar packing or fulfilment role preferred.

A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to remain calm, focused, and accurate under pressure.

Hardworking, dependable, and flexible with duties and shift requirements.

Comfortable working to tight deadlines.
