Luma Education Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Male Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support and guide a pupil 1:1 with SEN and complex learning difficulties, helping them thrive every day in a positive, engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons

Implement behaviour strategies
-
Provide personal care when necessary
-
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
-
Help maintain a calm, positive classroom environment
Requirements:
-
Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments
-
Positive, encouraging attitude to help children reach their potential
-
School or youth work experience
-
Previous experience in Care is benefical
-
Confident supporting pupils with behavioural needs
-
Patient, resilient, and proactive approach
-
Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting
