Forward Slope has an opening for a Remedy Database Administrator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Remedy Configuration Management Database for all hardware, software items, and documentation maintained in the repository. The candidate will provide configuration management and sustainment support for multiple instantiations of Remedy in a virtualized environment. The candidate will sustain the Remedy tool to include bug fixes, updates, process flows, backups and will have working knowledge of the Change Management application.
The position is located in San Diego, California.
Required Qualifications:
10 years’ specialized experience with Enterprise-level integration and implementation for Navy or Government agencies Databases (ie: NALCOMIS, SWMS, OOMA, Remedy)
6 years’ experience with FMS/International/ Navy programs (part of 10 years’ experience)
3 years’ specialized experience in Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Extraction Transformation and Loading software (part of 10 years’ experience)
Knowledgeable in U.S. Government and/or PMW 740 policies for data processing of sensitive information
Experience providing technical and compliance support via telephone, email or on site to users
Experience providing technical assistance on creating and executing complex queries of application data structures
Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office required
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics from an accredited college or university (or 4 years of specialized expertise in ITSM/ Configuration Management may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree)
Desired Qualifications:
BMC Certified Administrator in Remedy ITSM preferred
Syun An / Po Sheng Program experience is highly desired
Other Requirements:
Currently hold an active U.S. security clearance or be able to obtain one.
*Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
