RN Clinic - Care Resources, full-time weekdays
Care Resources is seeking a full-time RN Clinic Nurse 4-5 weekdays working 8-9 hour shifts to join our amazing team of health care professionals. This care team is passionate about providing the highest quality of care to the program participants whom we feel privileged to serve!
The RN Clinic Nurse works under the supervision of the Clinic Manager and serves as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. This key team member is responsible for assessing, coordinating, monitoring, educating, and providing clinical treatment, supplies and services required to meet the ongoing needs of the participants at the clinic and/or in their homes. There is some travel weekly to get to participant homes in Kent County and the outskirts of surrounding counties.
The RN Clinic Nurse also participates in the on-call rotation with 4 other RNs. After hours calls are phone triage only.
Our top candidates are required to be licensed as an RN in the State of Michigan; BSN preferred. Requires a minimum of 2 years of acute care, med/surg, and/or skilled nursing experience; emergency or urgent care experience preferred. Prior experience working with the frail/elderly population is preferred.

ABOUT CARE RESOURCES:
Care Resources operates the innovative PACE program (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) which will be moving into their gorgeous new headquarters soon!! Care Resources provides and coordinates all medical care and social services to eligible participants. We provide all physician and nursing care, prescription drugs, durable medical equipment, dental, eye and foot care, hospital care, medical transportation, home care, emergency, and rehab services in our Clinic, as well as social and recreational activities at the Day Center. To be eligible for the PACE program, seniors must be 55 and older, a Kent County resident, able to live safely at home and meet the nursing facility level of care.
