Position: Hospice Response RN | Faith Hospice
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Thursday nights
Territory: Kent County and the outskirts of surrounding counties
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice Response RN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns
- Provide end of life visits
- Select your preferred schedule: Midnight to 8am or 1am to 9am
- Provide after-hours support and care
Required Skills:
- Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability
- Self-directed and organized
- Proficient in technology and computer applications
- Strong team player mentality
Qualifications:
- RN licensure in Michigan
- Minimum 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
- Hospice or hospital experience preferred
- Passion for hospice nursing
