Salary Information: $65,000 - 95,000 per year
LIMITED TIME SIGN-ON BONUS: $5,000

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking experienced therapists to help us drive adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide rates to all-time lows. Our ideal candidate has a heart for bringing about systemic change in struggling families alongside colleagues who value empathy, trust, service, growth, and meaningful results. Our Cabin John location serves ages 13-28 and their families in person at our beautiful clinic close to walking trails along the C&O canal.

At our Cabin John clinic, we're expanding our programming to include specializations in OCD, Trauma, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. The ideal candidate would present with experience in any of those areas, family therapy, or treating substance use disorders, or a strong desire to grow their career to gain mastery in those areas.

Responsibilities:
Manageable caseloads that allow for establishing good rapport with clients.
Meet treatment standards through implementation of required notes and MTP standard requirements.
Meet desired program goals through implementing and meeting outcomes testing and standards.
Ensure program completion and discharge requirements are met for all students.
Discharge plans for all students should be completed and reviewed with students and family members.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
LMSW, LGPC or
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Associate level clinicians, or equivalent.
A passion for counseling teens and young adults.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
Ability to incorporate clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
Experience in an outpatient (IOP/PHP) setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities (preferred)
Ability to pass a state background check
Preferred - Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Preferred - One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
Preferred - Multilingual candidates.
Experience practicing DBT and/or TF-CBT a plus!
