We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of stock control, housekeeping and health & safety.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours a day that must be worked between 8am – 6pm.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect and book in incoming deliveries using the warehouse management or ERP system.
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch.
Process incoming and outgoing stock transactions, ensuring inventory records remain accurate.
Carry out regular stock checks and assist with inventory control and cycle counting activities.
Store materials safely and efficiently, ensuring the warehouse remains organised and accessible.
Load and unload deliveries using appropriate equipment where authorised and trained.
Operate warehouse equipment and handling tools in accordance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse and storage areas.
Work closely with colleagues across Operations to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
Assist with other warehouse or operational duties as required to support the business.
Skills & Experience

Previous warehouse, logistics or stores experience.

Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control procedures.

Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous).

Good level of written and spoken English.

Basic IT skills.

Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of health & safety procedures within a warehouse environment.
