The business is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their growing team, providing high-level technical and administrative support to Advisers while delivering an exceptional service to clients.
This is an opportunity offering stability, responsibility and cross-department collaboration, working closely with Advisers and clients to ensure business is processed efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory standards.
As the Client Service Specialist, you will need excellent technical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail and the confidence to manage complex cases while building strong client relationships.
Due to the technical nature of the role, previous financial services experience is essential, with knowledge of pensions, investments and wealth management highly advantageous.

This a Client Services Administrator role will hold the below responsibilities:
Provide high-level technical and administrative support to Financial Advisers
Manage complex cases and resolve technical queries efficiently
Process business submissions accurately and within agreed timescales
Liaise with clients, providers and internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
Maintain accurate client records and ensure Salesforce and internal systems are kept up to date
Prepare and manage a range of financial services administration, including pensions, investments, trusts and wealth accounts
Stay up to date with industry regulations and technical knowledge while supporting the wider team
The ideal candidate for this Client Services Administrator role will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
Previous experience within financial services is essential
A strong understanding of pensions, investments and wealth management processes
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure
Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues
A proactive approach with a willingness to develop technical knowledge and support the wider team
Full UK Driving License and Own Vehicle
