Multi-Trader – London
Location: Stratford, East London (E15)
Salary: £160–£180 per day (CIS) + Company Van & Fuel Card
A leading property maintenance contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Trader to carry out planned and reactive maintenance works across residential properties throughout London.
This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work, a company van, fuel card and weekly pay.
Duties

Carry out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties.

Complete carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating works.

Diagnose faults and deliver first-time fixes wherever possible.

Ensure work is completed to a high standard.

Provide excellent customer service.

Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Multi-Trader.

Experience within social housing or property maintenance.

Strong all-round trade skills.

Full UK Driving Licence.

CSCS Card desirable.
