Berry Recruitment is recruiting for a Cleaner to work within a Probation Centre in Weymouth. This role is based within a secure public sector environment, where maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism is essential.
The role involves maintaining cleanliness throughout the site, including offices, communal areas, welfare facilities, and high-contact touchpoints.
Duties
Cleaning offices, corridors, communal areas, and welfare facilities
Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting
Cleaning washroom facilities and replenishing consumables
Emptying bins and disposing of waste in designated areas
Following site cleaning schedules and procedures
Maintaining health and safety standards within the workplace
Requirements
Previous cleaning experience within a commercial, industrial, or public sector environment
Ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 2:00pm
Due to the nature of the site, a valid DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service is required, or willingness for Berry Recruitment to arrange a DBS check on your behalf
