Finance Assistant
Location: London Bridge
Salary: £28,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Full time office based and after probation they can offer 2 days a week from home
We're recruiting a Finance Assistant to join an ambitious and growing company in the heart of London Bridge. This role offers hands‑on finance experience within a lively, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.
· Loading supplier invoices and sending for approval
· Processing monthly payment runs
· Updating the cashbook on their accounting system.
· Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
· Handling general enquiries
· Preparing commission statements efficiently.
· Loading sale invoices
· Assist with debt collecting
· Overseeing the sales statement process
What We're Looking For:
· Previous experience in Purchase Ledger
· Proficiency in using Sage software is beneficial
· An accounting qualification, preferably AAT Level 3 or equivalent is beneficial
· Exceptional communication skills
· Strong organisational skills and effective time management
