Production Operative – Wrexham
Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for production work, warehouse work, packing jobs, factory work, warehouse operative roles, or manufacturing jobs with long-term prospects.
As a Production Operative / Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packed, checked and prepared to a high standard while working safely as part of a busy production team.
Production Operative Duties:
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Loading and unloading materials
- Carrying out quality inspections
- General production and warehouse duties
- Manual handling and lifting of products
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse Operative, Factory Operative or Picker/Packer is desirable but not essential
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting throughout the shift
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work 12-hour continental shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)
- Good attention to detail
Pay & Benefits:
- £12.71 per hour
