Service Administrator
Join a well-established vehicle maintenance business supporting a nationwide depot network. This office-based day-shift Monday to Friday role offers full training within a supportive and friendly team environment and a competitive salary.
The Role
The Service Administrator will:

Process completed service and repair jobs ready for invoicing.

Update customer portals and internal systems with accurate information.

Maintain spreadsheets, reports and service records.

Support warranty, contract and compliance administration as part of the wider Service Advisor and fleet control function.

Assist with customer and depot enquiries when required.

Help the wider team manage workload during busy periods.
The Service Administrator should have:

Previous experience in an administration, customer service or Service Support Administrator role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Confidence handling telephone enquiries professionally.

Accurate data-entry skills and excellent attention to detail.

Basic Excel skills, including updating and filtering spreadsheets.

Comfortable learning new systems and working across multiple customer platforms.
The Business offers:

Starting salary of £30,000 p.a.

25 days' holiday.

Monday to Friday working pattern with staggered shifts between 8:00am and 5:30pm.
