My client based in Newbury are a leading provider of outstanding cleaning services, both commercial and residential. The offer a wide range of services and require a Business Services Advisor to support the Business Services Director.
The role is temporary to permanent for 12 weeks, and the hours offer flexibility on start and finish times, between the hour of 08:30am and 17:00pm. The hours of work can be between 37.5 and 40 hours, dependent upon lunch break times. The hourly rate is £15.14 per hour.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative and operational support to the Business Services Department
Supporting the Business Services Director and assisting with the smooth running of the department
With daily administrative tasks but also supporting both colleagues, suppliers, and senior management
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative and organisational support to Business Services including:
· Maintain company computer files for customers and suppliers using various internal databases
· Document control by checking daily/monthly reports and completing end of month reports for both managers and customers
· Help and assist with external training
· Helping and organising events, and liaising with external suppliers
· Maintain service checks and contract review records, SDA's & PAT Testing Results
· Assist with external accreditations
· Help maintain internal and external documents
· Managing business calendars and meetings
· Supporting and managing facilities management
· Ordering stationery and all office supplies
· To help support the upkeep of internal software programmes including updates
· To help support staff when required
