IMH Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our client based in Goole to ASAP.
This is a temporary role for 4-8 weeks, with the possibility of further opportunities for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Answering customer calls
- Supporting customers through the onboarding process
- Handling customer queries and complaints
- Explaining products and services
- Using internal systems to update customer information
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Confident using computer systems
- A DBS certificate is needed for this role or willing to get one
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Able to work well as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence is highly preferred due to the location (unless you live locally)
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm.
- £13.04 per hour.
- Weekly pay via agency!
