VMware Administrator (Windows/Linux)
Location: Germany / France / Poland (Onsite)

We're recruiting experienced VMware Administrators to support enterprise datacentre infrastructure across multiple European locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for VMware administration, Windows and Linux server management, virtualization, infrastructure operations, disaster recovery, automation, and enterprise platform support.
Responsibilities
Administer VMware virtual infrastructure
Install, patch and upgrade ESXi hosts and vCenter
Manage Windows and Linux servers
Support VM lifecycle management
Configure VMware HA and DRS
Support Disaster Recovery environments
Monitor infrastructure health
Perform server troubleshooting
Coordinate hardware maintenance with OEM vendorsSupport storage and file system administration
Maintain documentation and operational procedures
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams
