Job Title: Assembly Operative
Location: Pershore
Pay: £12.72 - £13.48 per hour
Hours: 07:45am-17:00pm Mon-Thurs, 07:45am-13:00pm Friday
As an Assembly Operator, you’ll use your hands-on skills to assemble components, working from basic technical drawings and delivering high-quality results in a busy production environment.

What you will do:

Work within the assembly team in areas such as masking and sealing

Finish products to company quality standards

Gain knowledge and understanding of technical drawings

Use hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Work effectively within a fast-paced production environment

Support your team to meet production deadlines
Skills and Experience needed:
Essential:

Previous work with technical drawings

Experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment

Experience using handheld tools

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good verbal and written communication skills

A positive, proactive approach to teamwork
