Aerospace Production Operative
We are currently recruiting for Aerospace Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality components for the aerospace industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating production machinery and equipment.

Working within a hot foundry environment handling metal castings.

Loading and unloading components safely.
-
Finishing, fettling and inspecting castings to required quality standards.

Carrying out visual quality checks and reporting any defects.

Following detailed work instructions and production schedules.

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.

Adhering to all health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
What We're Looking For:

Previous manufacturing, foundry or production experience is desirable but not essential.

Comfortable working in a physically demanding, hot working environment.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn and undertake training where required
