We're looking for a passionate, customer focused Optical Assistant to join a stylish, modern independent practice that prides itself on delivering outstanding patient care alongside luxury eye wear and a truly personalised experience.
The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you'll play an integral role in delivering a premium customer journey from the moment patients walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service

Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks

Ensuring a seamless handover to the Optometrist

Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses

Offering personalised styling advice on designer frames, sunglasses and accessories

Adjusting, fitting and repairing spectacles

Supporting patients with contact lens teaches
-
Helping create a warm, professional and memorable patient experience
