Working alongside the site management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site office, providing administrative support, coordinating communications and maintaining accurate project records throughout this flagship scheme.

What you'll be doing

Managing the day-to-day administration of the site office, ensuring it operates efficiently

Welcoming visitors, coordinating reception duties and maintaining site access records

Managing correspondence, shared inboxes, site communications and meeting arrangements

Maintaining accurate project documentation, administrative records and delivery logs

Ordering office supplies, PPE and consumables while coordinating deliveries and facilities support

Providing administrative support to the project leadership team, assisting with reports, meetings and presentations

Supporting health & safety administration, compliance records and general office procedures
What we're looking for

Previous experience in a Site Administrator or construction administration role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy project environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
