Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation.

Process forms, applications and administrative requests.

Respond to enquiries by phone, email and in person.

Manage digital filing systems and records.
-
Support meetings, events and departmental activities.
-
Prepare correspondence, reports and documentation.

Provide administrative support across multiple departments.
-
Use Microsoft Office and internal systems daily.
Experience & Skills:
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
-
Positive, proactive and adaptable approach.

Up to 6 months' administration experience desirable but not essential.

Graduates and candidates from retail, hospitality, leisure, education or other customer-facing backgrounds encouraged to apply.
