Catering Assistant
Location: Hitchin
Salary: £13.28 per hour with a £1 Weekend and Bank Holiday Enhancement
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 7am to 3pm, including alternate weekends

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals and refreshments

Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment

Keeping kitchen areas clean, safe and hygienic

Monitoring stock levels and reporting supply requirements

Reporting equipment faults and maintenance issues

Supporting the Chef and Head Chef to deliver excellent catering services

Following food safety, health & safety and organisational procedures
About You
-
Previous catering, kitchen or hospitality experience desirable

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks of starting

A team player with good communication skills

Reliable, organised and able to follow procedures
