Building Services Contractor – Birmingham (Castle Vale)
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
Hours: Part-Time – 3 days per week (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Location: Office based – Castle Vale, Birmingham
We are currently recruiting for a Social Media / Marketing Assistant to join a growing M&E Building Services Contractor based in Birmingham.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is creative, organised and passionate about marketing, looking to take ownership of a company's online presence and help grow its brand within the construction and building services sector.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing and developing the company's social media platforms, including:

Creating and uploading content across LinkedIn and other social media channels

Managing regular company updates, project wins and company news

Creating engaging posts to showcase completed projects and company achievements

Supporting website updates and marketing activity

Creating marketing materials, graphics and presentations

Helping improve brand awareness within the construction and building services market

Taking photos/videos of projects and site activity when required

Supporting recruitment and company branding campaigns
About You:
Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in marketing, social media or content creation

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms

Good written and communication skills

Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content

Experience using Canva or similar design tools

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Experience within construction, engineering, M&E, building services or a contractor environment would be highly advantageous, as you will understand the industry and be able to create relevant content.

This is an office-based role in Castle Vale, Birmingham, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and wants to make a real impact within a growing business
