Job Purpose
The HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the Human Resources
To assist with the recruitment of internal staff
function within a private care organisation. The post holder will provide comprehensive
administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment
legislation, CQC requirements, safer recruitment practices, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding.

Process DBS checks, references and right-to-work documentation.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.

Support compliance with CQC standards and mandatory training requirements.

Provide administrative support for employee relations processes.

Support payroll administration and reporting.

Produce HR metrics and workforce reports.
Person Specification
Essential:

Previous HR administration experience.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
