Our client is seeking an Administrator to support a busy and collaborative legal team based in the City of London, in brand new offices offering hybrid working! This is a great opportunity to kick start your career within administration. Our client offers training and development, and progression routes throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to a team legal professionals Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements Dealing with incoming enquiries from clients, via phone and email Preparing, formatting and filing documents Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and stakeholders Supporting the day-to-day running of the officeWhat We're Looking For:

Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail An enthusiastic, positive and pro active approach to work Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Previous administrative experience (legal experience is advantageous but not essential)What's in it for You? 💜
